Regional Sales Chief (Cedis)
About this position
The Regional Sales Chief (Cedis) is responsible for managing distributors and sales teams to increase sales volume in specific provinces while analyzing market data and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage distributors to increase sales volume in area Angthong, Suphanburi, Chonburi and Chachoengsao province.
• Manage sales team leader by setting strategies to lead to the achievement of goals.
• Analyze data, competitors or promotions, including finding solution to increase market share to meet the company's goals.
• Push - motivate team and build good relationships with customers.
• Control profit and loss
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of General Trade or Traditional Trade sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing sales teams at the local or regional level.
• Good command in English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and skills in sales management, estimation, and sales development.
• Leadership, problem solving, and strategic team management.
