About this position

The Management Trainee (Sales) position offers the opportunity to learn and develop in various areas such as Area sales, Trade marketing, Modern trade, and Route to market within the Commercial department, with the goal of progressing to a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Learning in job area such as Area sales, Trade marketing, Modern trade, Route to market, etc in Commercial department for develop yourself and promote to be leader.
• Area sales : to know management sales team and make the strategy for increase sales volume to achieve the target.
• Trade marketing : to know POP and social media for support marketing strategy.
• Modern trade : to know sales channel for developing and maintain customer included finding new customers for other channel.
• Route to market : to analyze strategy for setting route of sales to success in career.

Requirements

• Welcome new graduate
• At least 0-1 years of experience
• Bachelor degree in Human Society, Communication, Marketing, Business administrator or related field.
• Good command in English (TOEIC 550+)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Analysis & problem solving skills
• Interested to work in FMCG.
