About this position

The Import - Export & Buyer oversea Supervisor is responsible for overseeing import-export operations and managing overseas buyers. They are also in charge of registering new customers, processing orders, coordinating with factories for exports, and preparing shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import-export operations and manage overseas buyers
• Register new customers for import-export, renew contracts, and update information
• Receive orders from affiliated companies and coordinate with factories for exports
• Communicate with internal and external departments
• Prepare invoices for product shipments
• Prepare import-export shipping documents, invoices, and cash for the accounting department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of experience in import-export operations, specifically in FMCG business
• Proficient in English communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Vlookup and Pivot functions
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, data analysis, negotiation, and coordination abilities with relevant departments
