About this position

Position involves managing sales operations at the company's distribution center in Ang Thong - Sing Buri, achieving sales targets, stimulating sales, overseeing sales team, creating sales plans, training and managing team, summarizing sales reports, and building good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations at the company's distribution center in Ang Thong - Sing Buri, achieving sales targets as expected by the organization
• Stimulate sales, oversee sales team, cash van unit, and order-taking sales staff
• Participate in creating sales operation plans, annual goals, and budgets aligned with business strategies
• Monitor, inspect, and help solve problems to ensure efficient plan execution
• Train, advise, and manage team effectively
• Summarize work reports, sales figures weekly/monthly
• Visit markets to build good customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years sales experience, experience in team management is a plus
• Experience in selling FMCG products, especially bottled water or laundry detergent
• Personal car and driver's license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel - Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, data analysis, and ability to coordinate with relevant departments
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours
