About this position

The Management Trainee (HR & Admin) position is designed for new graduates to learn and grow within various departmental roles through job rotation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• To be trainee management to learning in Department roles.
• Rotate jobs in area within 3-4 months and evaluate to grow up.
HR & Admin ;
Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Employee Relation, General affair, etc.

Requirements

• Welcome new graduate
• At least 0-1 years of experience
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, English for communication or related field.
• Good command in English (TOEIC 550+)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Analysis & problem solving skills
• Interested to work in FMCG.
• Learning Agility, Self Leaning, Leadership
