About this position

The Customer Planning Champion is responsible for overseeing promotion planning, inventory management, and demand planning accuracy while collaborating with various teams to drive execution and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and approve Promotion and Phase In/Out planning with Sales and Marketing.
• Build the slow-moving and obsolete inventories (SLOB) depletion plan with Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Demand Analyst, Supply Planner and Sales to improve Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA).
• Drive execution with Sales for allocation plan and challenges on planning execution for the current month.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts Managers to drive the specific customer action plan.
• Lead S&OP meeting, provide insights and able to explain variances BUD vs LE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experiences in Demand planning.
• Strong Knowledge in SAP-APO.
• Good communication, Analytical skills, Process oriented (organized & accurate).
• Passion for products, business and customer oriented.
• Good computer literacy especially Ms. Excel.
• Good English communication.
