Assistant CRM and Performance Marketing Manager
About this position
The Assistant CRM and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for executing CRM and performance marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and optimize marketing efforts in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
• Deliver company’s consumer data collection target via paid and organic CRM campaign executions with trials and errors manners, based on CRM strategy and company’s focus.
• Maximize CRM contributions in focused and potential sales channel.
• Coordinate with Global team, regional team, Sales team, and Agency team to manage cross-functioning cadence for CRM topic.
• Unify, maintain, and manage local database with compliances from GSEB Global guideline and social media platform, and come up with customer segments.
• Extract insights and conduct analyses from GSEB databases.
• Maintain and optimize data management processes with compliances from GSEB Global guideline.
• Maintain, and utilize CRM-related tools and systems to ensure flawless execution and smooth consumer journey.
• Identify unmet needs and gaps, and conduct analyses based on GSTH CRM Program for optimizing consumer journey.
• Execute paid marketing campaigns and identify platform enhancements needed to increase traffic & conversion growth based on Paid Media strategy, channel’s role, and objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales teams, and Agency teams to manage cross-functioning cadence for Performance Marketing topic.
• Manage and utilize features of Advertising Platforms e.g. conduct A/B testing, create custom audiences, or execute lead generation.
• Manage UTM tracking processes to ensure unified performance measurement.
• Analyze and provide marketing performance analysis reports and communicate results, as well as identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e., A/B, split testing, etc.) to maximize ROI out of expenditure.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher education in any related field, digital marketing background would be advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM and / or Performance marketing and /or data-related role.
• Language: Fluent in Thai language, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong logical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableu, BigQuery, or SQL is a plus.
• Good command of basic mathematics, and comfortable to work with numbers, data, excel files.
• Good knowledge of digital landscape, social media and/or database management, and comfortable with technical aspect of digital tools.
• Familiar with Thailand’s Digital Marketing and CRM ecosystem is a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable to fail.
• Work well with people from cross functions, agencies, both local and international.
