About this position

The Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Die Casting Process) is responsible for developing and implementing die casting technologies, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement: Develop new Die Casting Technologies and methods to improve process efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
• Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Assess and analyze data to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of die casting-related issues.
• Project Management: Manage casting-related projects from conception to completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Targets and KPIs: Support and participate in company activities e.g. CIP, Cost Saving, 5S, TPM, and Idea Management.
• Compliance and Support: Cooperate and support all management systems in the company, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in casting processes and technology.
• Strong knowledge of die casting processes for Non-Ferrous products (Brass and Zinc).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and tools for quality control.
• Project management skills, AGILE practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluency in English may be advantageous.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong province, Thailand.
