About this position

To support product, production process ramp up ISIR, pilot new projects and ECN of par/material, customer, legal audits and requirement.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supervising and controlling Supplier Quality Engineer, Group Leader & Incoming Inspector to perform their responsibility properly.
• Taking responsible for the overall of quality activities concerning Quality Assurance of purchased parts/material.
• Taking responsible for the incoming inspection, supplier quality issue, supplier quality performance, supplier reimbursement: issue document, follow up & close.
• Collaboration with team member of plant, regional, global and supplier to solve the part/ material quality issue and prevent the impact to production and customer.
• Supporting all management systems and improvement activities in the organization.

Requirements

• Experience 5 - 10 years in Quality function.
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Industrial technology or other concerned function.
• Good English skills in reading, listening, speaking & writing.
• TOEIC score 500+, It will be an advantage.
• Can work under high pressure.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Fast action, collaboration, growth mindset.
• SAP skill is a plus.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong (not have shuttle bus).
