About this position

The Machining Engineer (Production Shift Engineer) is responsible for overseeing CNC programming, troubleshooting, and managing a large production team to ensure quality and productivity in line with production targets.

Responsibilities

• Take responsible for write CNC program, G-code and M-code.
• Take responsible to basic troubleshooting for CNC alarm.
• Understand and take responsible to NX program and can be adjust and modification.
• Understand and take responsible to program structure for adjustment and parameter optimization.
• Manage and control to production team with above 100 people.
• Control the work process follow production plan for Output, Quality and Productivity according to target.
• Support machine preventive maintenance program.
• Manage team and problem solving for corrective and preventive action.
• Control and manage team follow up to rule and regulation, safety Project Improvement such as cycle time, set up time, machine efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer or related.
• 3+ years experience in Machining Engineer, Production Engineer or related.
• Can be worked both internal department and external department.
• Able to shift working and can supervise and control more 100 employees.
• Good command computer skill, MS Office, email skill, SAP.
• Good command of English, conversational and writing skill.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong (not have shuttle bus)
