Application Support (SQL Commands)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Clearly understand system architecture, both logical and physical with an eye to scalability and efficiency.
• Deploy data/software/application as recommend by project team.
• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners or End user.
• Device management support, including with event, issue log, data support, problem solving and recommendation.
• Providing customer training around our products or services.
• Collaborate directly with technical team i.e. Accountant, System Analyst, Software Developer to deliver application resolution.
• Project of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer Science, Business Computer, MIS, IT, Mathematics or related fields.
• At least 1 years’ experience in IT support, Application support or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL Command for query and good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in healthcare industry, Knowledge in Web development would be advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication, technical and consultative skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skill and service mind.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and tight schedule.
