Warranty Officer (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create PWA in IDMS: Initiate and generate a Pre-Work Authorization (PWA) in the IDMS (Integrated Dealer Management System) for each vehicle claim, includes entering all relevant claim information, such as repair details, costs, and other documentation, to set up the claim for processing.
• Review, Approve Claim, Synchronize Data to HQ IDMS, and Complete Submission: Review the details of each claim to verify that it meets all approval criteria before submission.
• Check and Update Rejected Claims from HQ: Regularly monitor claim statuses, specifically focusing on claims that HQ has rejected. Investigate the reasons for rejection, update the claim data to resolve issues, and resubmit the corrected claim if possible.
• Maintain Thai Data in iDMS (HQ System) to Ensure Claim Submission Compliance: Consistently update and manage Thai market-specific data in the HQ iDMS system, ensuring that all entries meet submission requirements.
Requirements
• Experience or certification from an automotive company is preferred.
• Logical and analytical mindset.
• Automotive industry background, particularly experience in warranty operations, is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
