About this position

The Test Verification Engineer is responsible for understanding product design, creating test plans, executing testing, conducting vehicle evaluations, and managing problem definitions to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Understand product design to determine product testing parameters. Create test plans and test outline for the new product launch.
• Execute testing plan, conduct test following test outline. Ensure all test activity and final test report to finish on time with excellent.
• Conduct vehicle evaluation and vehicle performance test on new product launch and competitor testing and benchmarking evaluation report.
• Create effective problem definition and well manage to get root cause by using problem management tool. Provide closed-loop information for whole development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or a related field.
• At least 0 - 3 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, a creative person, and willing to learn.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of hybrid systems, plug-in hybrid systems, and electric vehicles would be advantage.
• Experienced in management or research and development.
• Skilled in problem investigation and root cause analysis.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
• Strong interest in automotive technology, engineering principles, and theories.
• Proficient in both spoken and written communication in English or Chinese.
