About this position

The Welding Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and optimizing welding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Participated in product synchronization engineering analysis (SE), process adaptability analysis, and technical plans of product launching;
• Responsible for the design of painting production line workstations, completing the design of workstation equipment, workstation layout, and other related content in the painting workshop, and promoting lean optimization of each process section;
• Analyze and solve process and quality issues during the coating production process, completing problem analysis, and plan development & verification;
• Participated in the experimental certification and application of body accessories in the painting workshop.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in vehicle welding process;
• Have experience in automotive industrial;
• Good communication skills in English and Thai, and being able to communicate in Chinese daily is a plus;
• Be familiar with the IATF 16949 quality system, proficient in using APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA;
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Be proficient in software such as MS Office, CAD, CATIA, etc.
