Paint Quality & Technical Team Leader
About this position
The Paint Quality & Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing the paint technical and quality team, managing processes, and ensuring quality standards in the paint shop.
Responsibilities
• Lead organize and develop of paint technical and quality team.
• Manage PCP and PFMEA of paint shop include monitor MPM systems.
• Lead of shop QMS internal include GWMS ISQ, BIQM.
• New model launch readiness and validation include new change of material and process concerns.
• Control and manage paint direct material both paint, sealants and wax include supplier management.
• Tool and equipment indirect materials support operation.
• Lead of problems solving.
• Lead of Workshop for KPI improvement.
• Cost and budget spending control.
• Lead after sale marketing paint quality.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Industrial, Mechanic Engineer, Science or related.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• At least 2-3 years in the position of Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Skills of problems solving and QC tools analysis.
• Understand process and products of paint.
• Have the ability to lead the quality inspection team.
• Process improvement and productivity skills.
• Paint PCP management.
• Leadership skills.
• Good command in English or Chinese both listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
