The Logistics Deputy Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing various operational functions, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the organization's overall success.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company and responsible for managing various operational functions, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the organization's overall success.
• Develop and execute operations strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and adapt strategies plan in Logistics.
• Managing and control warehouse operation of inbound and bound.
• Coordinate with various departments in the company to ensure that relevant departments store factory materials according to the process for the account balance to be in accordance with the SAP system.
• Manage emerging problems and analyze abnormal situations to find a way to prevent it from happening in the future.
• Proceed with storing product stock data according to the department's KPIs.
• Maintain warehouse staff to enough for goods volume, training staff and monitoring their performance and progress.
• Control and advice issue incident report when goods damage/loss/accident by root cause analysis/corrective/preventive action.
• Check, analyze, and control the work of the warehouse department and the delivery department to be efficient.
• Lead achievement of direct/indirect material budgets.
• Optimizes all resources to monitor material flow through the entire process focused on support for the operator.
• Accountable to logistics function internal controls compliance perform audit all key.
• Manage and support logistics team for productivity improvement and problem solving.
• Maintains ISO standards and supports internal/external audit.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or high in Logistics Management & Business Administration, MBA, or related field.
• At least 18 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management OEM or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in operation management with at least 10 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and operation software.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Visionary thinker with the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans.
• Good communication in English or Chinese would be advantage.
