About this position

The Financial Analysis Specialist is responsible for budget management, expense analysis, inventory management, and assisting in monthly settlements within the sales operation department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the budget management of the sales operation department: including the review and registration of daily expense applications/programs, and the review and registration of expense summary documents; Audit of expense withholding and other work;
• Responsible for the monthly calculation of the budget and actual achievement of all expenses of the sales operation department, and organize the sales operation department to carry out the difference analysis;
• Responsible for the formulation, promotion and implementation of vehicle inventory management system, and process management;
• Responsible for regularly organizing the inventory of finished vehicles, carrying out on-site pull-out to ensure the consistency of accounting and reality, and cooperating with the audit for semi-annual and annual inventory audit of finished vehicles;
• Assist the monthly settlement work at the end of the month: proofread the information of GCIP and SAP before closing, follow up and solve problems, and ensure the smooth operation.

Requirements

• Language: Good at both Chinese and English;
• Full-time bachelor's degree; More than 2 years related working experience is preferred;
• Graduated from financial and economic related universities;
• Familiar with vehicle sales business model, with strong communication skills;
• Familiar with national accounting policies, regulations and accounting system;
• Professional sensitivity and strong sense of responsibility for financial work;
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software;
• Open-minded, good at communication, diligent and practical, able to work under pressure and dare to accept challenges in work.
