About this position

The Executive Secretary (Chinese speaking) will support the Vice President in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support Vice President both internal and external tasks to be done smoothly and quickly, and in a timely manner by coordinating with different departments.
• Understand and prioritizing assigned works and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Assist in the management and organization of the Vice President’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
• Translate/Interpret between Chinese-English-Thai for company's documents, the internal meeting, seminar, and daily communication.
• Document controlling (Verify document prior to approval).
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Arrange and confirm appointments including manage correspondence.
• Coordinate the hosting of events for both business and personnel.
• Assist in screening communications (calls, emails) and visitors.
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities/Arts, or related fields.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary.
• Active, work well under high pressure, positive attitude, energetic.
• Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
• Well-presented.
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, research skills, and time-management.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese and English.
