Application Operation Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Application Operation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with teams in China to plan and manage the vehicle mall application functions, oversee the front-end operations, establish and maintain points system and user growth system, develop application tagging system, and collaborate with developers of Thailand's official website.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with development, operations, and maintenance teams in China to plan vehicle mall application functions. Provide pre-sale and listing support for various models, manage the integration of model-related materials, and optimize and iterate application operation processes. Additionally, organize the functional requirements and business processes for the application boutique mall.
• Oversee the application front-end, including but not limited to version and protocol upgrades, updating sales policies, summarizing various functional requirements specific to Thailand, handling problem orders, and managing payment inquiries. Coordinate application interaction design, assist product managers in China with product UI/UX design, participate in UAT testing, and support the launch of new sales models on apps and websites.
• Establish and maintain the points system and user growth system, including managing the points budget, rules, and mall functions.
• Develop an application tagging system to enable accurate targeting within the application. Oversee application registration and user activity.
• Collaborate with developers of Thailand's official website to implement relevant features.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English for professional communication.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager or e-commerce sectors.
• Experience in Application operations in automotive industry will be advantage.
