About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (AP) รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชีและการปิดงวดบัญชี รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง.

Responsibilities

• จัดทำใบสำคัญการตั้งหนี้ จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย และบันทึกรายการปรับปรุงทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปิดงวดบัญชี
• รวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปิดงวดบัญชีของบริษัทฯ ในแต่ละงวดให้ถูกต้อง
• จัดทำหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายประจำเดือน
• ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ISO9001, ISO14001, 6S, โปรแกรม Mango
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานการทำงานด้านบัญชี 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) ได้คล่อง
• หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Mango ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
