About this position

We're in search of an individual to plan and implement continuous improvement of the merchant payment operations and education across markets. This pivotal role encompasses the creating, upkeep, and seamless implementation of our operations process towards efficient merchant payment and upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end merchant payment and merchant support process, ensuring a seamless integration between merchant entry point and Grab supporting architecture with ultimate objective to maintain positive merchant experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the merchant payment process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.
• Work towards creating automated processes across countries to improve payment operations.
• Collaborate with several departments and teams across all markets of Grab to identify training needs and ensure that the curriculum addresses all necessary requirements to be a high-quality merchant.
• Monitor the scheduling, execution, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Min. 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar field.
• Experience managing and improving processes or similar operational workflows.
• Clear articulation in conveying information in verbal and written, while building positive relationship with a diverse range of individuals.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on process optimization.
