Merchant Content Associate
About this position
We are looking for a dedicated Merchant Content Associate with primary responsibility to oversee the content management of merchants within our system. You are expected to ensure a seamless content update, configuration and maintenance process across different merchant segments, contributing to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end process of content operations for merchants, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform with ultimate objective to maintain high quality merchant
• Implement strategies and procedures to improve the content operations process efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams across all markets of Grab to improve workflows affecting merchant content quality.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the content operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the content operations lifecycle.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar field is necessary.
• A history of managing and enhancing processes or similar operational workflows.
• Knowledge on process optimization.
