Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a quarterly marketing strategy plan across all business verticals, tailored to Jabodetabek insights and demographics.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaign execution, from planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring successful outcomes. Collaborate with the Marketing partnership team, Strategy and Planning team and the Commercial team to manage partner-facing projects, and working with stakeholders from other verticals.
• Gather marketing insights, and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to guide decision-making.
• Oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals.
• Manage the marketing budget for Jabo region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Handle all marketing channels, including in-app communications, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Lead the marketing team, fostering growth and performance.
Requirements
• Min. 8 years management experience of Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with a successful record in developing integrated strategy and managing Campaigns.
• You are knowledgable and have an understanding about the market and conducting consumer insight in the region.
• You are result oriented: Track record of success in achieving targets. Relentlessly motivated and seeks challenges.
