Kios Regional Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage and lead the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. In return, you will grow with us and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize SME projects.
• Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks following company policies.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.
• Manage the sales process, ensuring all details are handled.
Requirements
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
• Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
• Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
