About this position

We are looking for a determined and proactive GrabFood Merchant Partner Manager to lead our sales team and achieve our growth in the food delivery market. Responsibilities

• Mentor the sales team towards achieving targets and develop strategic plans to exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze market trends to maintain competitiveness and align sales strategies with wider company programs.
• Develop relationships with important clients and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets across all channels.
• Use strategic experience to increase sales growth and expand our reach in the food delivery market.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Sales Manager, with 3 years experience in the food delivery or a related industry, with experience increasing sales growth and team management.
• Experience with the food delivery market dynamics, customer needs, and how advertising campaigns can boost sales.
• Experience leading a team, able to inspire and motivate a team, along with negotiation abilities.
• Experience in analyse data and find solutions to shape sales strategies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment and embodying our core values of Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
