About this position

The Fleet Management Lead at Grab Rental is a crucial role focused on managing a diverse fleet to enhance operational efficiency in Bali, reporting to the City Manager and collaborating with various partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fleet operations, ensuring efficiency in all processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that meet team goals created in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Build relationships with vendors, including vehicle suppliers, maintenance service providers, and insurance companies.
• Ensure all fleet operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance coverage.
• Manage fleet-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.
• Oversee the resolution of any fleet-related issues raised by customers or drivers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 4+ years of experience in fleet management or after sales operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and standards.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Familiar with carpooling system & mechanism.
