About this position
We are looking for a candidate to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. As a Key Account Manager, you will cultivate and expand our most important merchant relationships.
Responsibilities
• You will be reporting to Enterprise KAM Lead, GrabFood.
• Engage with merchants, listen to their needs, and maintain Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• Create impactful campaigns through co-marketing partnerships to benefit both customers and partners.
• Use data-driven insights to assess ROI and KPIs, aiming to increase basket size and foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to uphold service and food quality among partners.
• Help build a strong team and establish processes to effectively serve and grow our main merchant relationships.
Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience of sales business development, account management or operations.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with partners through account management.
• Experience in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Talent Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and excelling in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proficient in English with Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• Enthusiastic about the on-demand delivery industry, in food delivery.
