About this position

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design marketing campaigns, branding, marketing offline and online activity, then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with several stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in city-level and competitor analysis. The role will be onsite and based in Medan. You will be reporting to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution and oversee campaign performance.
• Collaborate with teams to identify business opportunities, develop marketing ideas, and create impactful marketing solutions.
• Work with creative and social media teams to design the compelling promotional materials and content.
• Work with external parties.
• Provide insights and analysis around campaigns and content.
• Create weekly report of performance, campaign evaluation and next action item and report it to Marketing lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another related field.
• 2+ years of working experience in Marketing, with experience in executing marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent in project management skill to manage campaign timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams and working with supporting functions like creative, PR, and social media.
• Understand how to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights using performance marketing tools.
• Have an eye for details to maintain accuracy in content, timelines, and reports.
• Create creative briefs and new campaign initiative.
• Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
