City Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Build and manage a team, develop necessary tools to serve and grow our main merchants.
• Have high ownership of city performance & be on top of merchant selection (pareto) and merchant business growth.
• Understand the market and competition dynamics, help face the competitive landscape and driving a viable business.
• Engage with merchants, listen to their needs and feedback, and maintain communication.
• Use a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and partners to ensure issues are resolved and service and food quality consistency is maintained.
• Work together with Strategy & Planning team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was run.
• Cooperate with Marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaign.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferably in management, business, public administration, or engineering.
• 5 years above of experience in sales business development, account management or operations, including 4+ years of managing a team.
• Knowledgeable in business process management, identifying risk and successful projects execution.
• Experience in communicating both in Bahasa and English.
• Interest in carrying out on-ground activities.
• Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular.
• Experience in negotiation with different partners and experience within tools / applications.
