City Lead
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle, control and monitoring all Sales activities. Including creating mapping, call plan, role play, reporting team
• Have high ownership of city performance & be on top of merchant selection (pareto) and merchant business growth
• Maintain Top Merchant partner GMV and execute action plan to drive numbers GMV by evaluating store content and promo activities
• Lead meetings with Top Merchant to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company's long-term direction
• Ensure the achievement of target participant outlets / brands according to the portfolio list that has been assigned to Account Management.
• Work together with Strategy & Planning team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was run
• Cooperate with Marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaign
Requirements
• 2+ Years of Experience in leading sales team, commercial and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
• Proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct way
• Fluent in both Bahasa & English
• Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
• Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
• Great communication and negotiation skills
