Business Excellence Assistant Manager, Logistics
About this position
We are looking for a Business Excellence Assistant Manager, Logistics to become a central point of the team to create strategies and bring them into live. This role is required because the team needs to create guidance and monitor projects undertaken by multiple stakeholders to meet its goals.
Responsibilities
• Work within Logistics Business Excellence Team to create budget preparation guidance for the team by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify main levers.
• Monitor P&L performance against budget, providing analysis and commentary on trends.
• Monitor market trends and provide first layer of analysis on the market dynamics.
• Gather and translate raw sets of data into insights and plans.
• Gather industry and competitive insights to support demand-led and supply-led projects.
• Analyze main trends in customer, driver, and partner satisfaction scores, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in business scale-up programs, working with multiple stakeholders to turn strategy into applicable items.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from business management, statistics or any related field.
• Proficiency to communicate in English.
• 4 years of experience in business analyst/ business excellence or in management consulting/ strategic planning.
• Industry insights in on-demand or 3PL logistics, would be advantageous.
• Foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
• Preferably have the experience of using R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis.
• Project and stakeholder management.
