Assistant Manager, Strategy & Planning (GrabFood Demand)

Become a part of the GrabFood Demand Strategic & Planning Team, a committed ensemble tasked with guiding the trajectory of the Food business in the East Territory. We're not just a team, but a think-tank that creates innovative demand initiatives for the GrabFood business.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate, and forecast the financial performance of the East Java Food business to ensure targeted growth and market leadership is achieved.
• Develop demand strategies for the Food business, tailored to local market insights.
• Evaluate the performance of demand strategies using quantitative methods.
• Collaborate with other departments to devise promotional visibility strategies.
Requirements
• You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or relevant degree.
• You will hold a min. 2 years of experience in business consulting or a technology-related analytical role.
• Possess analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software (especially Google Sheet with App Script) will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, marketing, operations, product management, and sales.
