Account Management Lead
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle, control and monitoring all Account Management Executive activities. Including creating mapping, call plan, role play, reporting team
• Maintain TOP partner GMV (join promo or still not join promo) and execute action plan to drive numbers GMV with evaluate menu and promo activities.
• Lead meetings with Top Merchant to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company's long-term direction
• Ensure the achievement of target participant outlets / brands according to the portfolio list that has been assigned to Account Management.
• Work together with S&P Lead on ongoing campaign & also upcoming campaign & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was run
• Cooperate with marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaign
Requirements
• 2+ Years of Experience in leading sales team, commercial and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
• Proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
• Experience on managing a team
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct way
• Fluent in both Bahasa & English
