Account Management - Ads Specialist
About this position
Grab is seeking an Account Management - Ads Specialist to lead projects managing Ads solutions for merchants, focusing on business growth through effective advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities and build impactful strategies for Ads on Apps in the Sulawesi Region.
• Collaborate with partners and our teams to implement strategies and design impactful advertising campaigns.
• Build sustainable relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, provide ongoing manage accounts.
• Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or FMCG industry.
• Previous experience with Start-Up companies and familiarity with Join Business Plan Process.
• Experience achieving sales targets and has the experience on explaining ideas and present advertising solutions to clients to influence their decision-making process.
• Ability to analyse data and find solutions to shape strategies, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and understanding of CPM, ROAS, Cost of Impression and Cost of Order.
