About this position

As part of the GrabAds Thailand team, the Senior Client Partner will source and sell advertising campaigns across both offline and online solutions, reporting to the Head of GrabAds & Marketing Services.

Responsibilities

• Pitch & win clients for GrabAds & Marketing campaigns (60% Hunting / 40% Farming)
• Develop high-level media buying relationships with direct clients and media agencies
• Pipeline management: Build pipelines, deal-closing planning, sales forecasting, and managing sales reports with team Goals
• Run local Pitches & RFPs and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with important partners
• Work together with the Campaign Planner to design creative marketing campaigns using the Grab ecosystem
• Work together with the Account Manager to make sure that campaigns run smoothly with a service level of excellence
• Achieve quarterly personal and team revenue targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Thailand, with experience working with and selling to senior marketing leaders on both the agency and brand sides.
• Experienced managing clients from the Automotive, Tech/Telco, Beauty, Financial, and Healthcare industries.
• You have previous sales forecasting experience.
• You have experience achieving targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme.
• Analytical with strong bias for data-based decisions
• Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment.
• Strong experience using these tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (can perform complex functions), Word, Email, GoogleDrive, Salesforce, and PowerBI
• Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect with the ability to transmit across different level partners
• Thai nationality. Fluent in Thai and in Business English
