About this position

We're looking for a Senior Risk Associate who will manage consumer portfolios including designing risk strategy leverage on eco system data, automating the credit risk decision processes and conducting risk analytics to uncover insights.

Responsibilities

• Implement the credit risk framework for PAX(Passenger/Users), DAX (Riders) and MEX (Restaurants/Merchants)
• Review and validate policy performance, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for improvements
• Help automate the credit decision process including Credit Decision Engine Deployment project and designing credit decision flow for partnership programs.
• Support Portfolio forecasting, loss provision and risk budgeting.
• Present the portfolio insights/strategy to partners
• Work with the leadership team to define credit risk strategy for new and existing lending products
• Identify risk drivers and propose mitigation solutions
• Work with Data Science team to build and test credit, account management and Collection models
• Set credit strategy and policy to improve business growth
• Improve Collection performance by operational, policy and modeling improvements
• Set credit and account management strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability and experience in writing credit memos and credit decision and strategy documentation
• Past experience in growing a lending business and hands on experience in credit strategy is required
• Familiarity with Statistical Modeling is required
• Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience, with focus on retail credit risk
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using Python/SQL and data visualization
• Ability to influence a cross-functional non-hierarchical environment to lead collaborations and drive progress
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
