About this position

The People Operations Business Partner at Grab Thailand will provide expertise and counsel to management and employees, ensuring effective communication and alignment with Regional People directives.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor and change agent, facilitating change across teams, organizations, procedures and systems. As appropriate, act as a Project Manager to align conflicting priorities among stakeholders and enable collaborative relationships.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop a people-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, resource budgeting, workforce engagement, and learning and development initiatives.
• Establish and communicate People metrics, identifying necessary changes in practices and policies.
• Support and guide employees, providing personalized solutions and feedback to improve performance and morale.
• Drive performance management reviews and implement retention strategies, offering guidance and training to managers.
• Drive and execute the learning agenda, from conducting needs analysis to facilitating training sessions and collaborating with vendors.

Requirements

• HR Experience: 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in human resource business partnering, preferably in hyper-growth industries.
• Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate high-level strategy details across disciplines, locations, and to senior leadership.
• Organizational Skills: Insightful, organized, and capable of sharing updates and coordinating project development.
• Coaching Experience: Experience coaching individuals to enhance morale, accountability, and expectations.
• Training and Development: Skilled in identifying learning needs, facilitating training, and moderating discussions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, offer recommendations, and assess impact.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and HRIS systems.
• Proactiveness: Quick learner with a sense of initiative.
