About this position

The People Operations Business Partner team aligns people and growth objectives with key stakeholders and employees for Grab Thailand, covering a full range of HR disciplines.

Responsibilities

• You will serve as a guide and catalyst for transformation, fostering adjustments across teams, organizations, procedures, and systems.
• Where appropriate, you will assume the role of a Project Manager to reconcile conflicting priorities among stakeholders and encourage collaborative relationships.
• You will work together with leaders to cultivate a culture that emphasizes quality, constant enhancement, collaboration, and superior performance, with a strong focus on encouraging an environment that values each Grabber's contribution.
• You will partner with business leaders to guide workforce planning, resource budgeting, workforce engagement, and learning and development programs.
• You will establish and communicate People metrics, identifying necessary changes in practices and policies.
• You will support and guide employees, providing personalized solutions and feedback to improve performance and morale.
• You will drive performance management reviews and implement retention strategies, offering guidance and training to managers.
• You will drive and execute the learning agenda, from conducting needs analysis to facilitating training sessions and collaborating with vendors.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 or more years of HR experience with at least 5 years in human resource business partnering in hyper-growth industries.
• Can articulate complex strategic details across diverse disciplines, locations, and to senior leadership.
• Insightful, organized, and able to share updates and coordinating project development.
• Experience coaching individuals to enhance morale, accountability, and expectations.
• Experienced in identifying learning needs, facilitating training, and moderating discussions.
• Ability to analyze business.
