About this position

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, focused on driving growth and empowering consumers through technology and AI. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing strategies for GrabFood and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing consumers base and maintaining consumers' loyalty.
• Project lead on small size and business as usual campaigns.
• Support team in executing campaigns and tracking performance.
• Work with creative team to come up campaign design and promotional materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop consumer-related initiatives.
• Guide Social Team and CRM Team on content direction.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams and other functions, to execute marketing campaign.

Requirements

• You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or another related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications.
• Experience creating creative briefs and new campaign initiative, brainstorm with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
• Experience juggling and coordinating multiple projects.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Google-Suite, along with systems and tools to help implementation and tracking.
• Fluent in Thai and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to maintain performance and focus under pressure and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
• High level of initiative and hunger for success.
