Manager, GrabFood Cities Analytics
About this position
As the Analytics Manager for GrabFood Cities, you will focus on driving pricing strategies and optimizing the in-app funnel to enhance Converted Orders Per Session (COPS), while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with the regional product team.
Responsibilities
• You will develop and refine localized pricing strategies.
• You will drive in-app funnel optimization initiatives to increase Converted Orders Per Session.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute optimal strategies.
• You will regularly interact with regional product teams to experiment with and roll out new products in Thailand.
• You will lead process setups, ensuring efficient workflows within the team.
Requirements
• Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R to develop pricing strategies and increase in-app funnels.
• Project Management: Proven ability in leading cross-functional teams and managing process setups smoothly.
• Relevant experience
• 4-6 years in a management consultancy firm, tech company, or similar setting focusing on strategy or project management.
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics, operational, product, or technical teams.
• Coordination: Strong communication skills to facilitate team understanding and coordinate with regional product teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate data insights into strategic decisions to boost metrics like COPS.
• Collaboration: Experience working with multiple teams to roll out products and projects successfully.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical with a data-driven approach.
• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to turn complex queries into actionable insights and effective work plans.
