About this position

As a Strategy Manager on the Regional Deliveries team, you will help shape Deliveries' direction by identifying opportunities for growth, mitigating risks, and driving strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• You will analyse external trends, competitive dynamics, and market changes to identify growth opportunities and potential business threats.
• You will develop and articulate Deliveries' competitive positioning, setting priorities that align with our goals.
• You will lead the strategic planning process, including developing business cases, scenario planning, and creating strategic roadmaps that guide the business forward.
• You will establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make data-driven adjustments.
• You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategy, gain buy-in, and manage expectations across all levels.

Requirements

• You have at least 6 years of experience with the ability to track and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• You have the expertise in developing a competitive positioning strategy that aligns with overarching goals and experience leading strategic planning processes, including the development of business cases and strategic roadmaps.
• You have the capability to establish and utilise metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic plans.
• You are proficiency in engaging with and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to drive strategy adoption.
• You can identify key drivers, and create actionable strategies based on data insights. You can think long-term, making informed trade-offs between short-term gains and long-term growth. You also able to balance diverse needs within the business.
