Lead, Omnicommerce Strategy
About this position
As the Lead for Omnicommerce Strategy, you will oversee the growth of our Omnicommerce business in Thailand, developing business plans and collaborating with partners to align strategies with market opportunities and customer insights.
Responsibilities
• Lead the growth of the Omni commerce business in Thailand, ensuring the execution of business plans and achievement of financial targets.
• Present regular reports on our performance, using data to lead decisions and communicate with team members.
• Develop strategic plans for Grab's Omnicommerce operations in Thailand, aligning with our overall goals.
• Analyze our performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to create applicable insights.
• Foster relationships with all partners to ensure understanding on goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Regional team to enhance our omnichannel solutions, ensuring they meet local customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consultancy or e-commerce, with specific experience in merchant omnicommerce operations being.
• Strong academic track record with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading business growth and building strategic plans.
• Proficiency in preparing data-driven reports & insights.
• Identify market opportunities and align strategies with our goals.
• Team member management skills to foster relationships and collaborations.
• Experience in product development in collaboration with regional teams.
• To switch between and tactical execution.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
