About this position
The Lead, Go-To-Market-Strategy at GrabFood will be responsible for driving national merchant selection growth through strategic project management, P&L oversight, and O2O foodie marketing campaigns. They will collaborate with various teams to create a unified go-to-market strategy based on data insights and on-ground realities.
Responsibilities
• Analyze Data: Extract live data to discover insights and identify growth opportunities. Share findings to inform team and leadership decisions.
• Strategize: Provide actionable business insights, vision, and recommendations to business teams.
• Execute Projects: Develop and implement high-level projects in collaboration with internal and regional teams to drive significant impact.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with marketing, demand planning, and city operations to align go-to-market strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage Stakeholders: Ensure effective communication and alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Experience in extracting and analyzing data to uncover insights and guide decisions.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans based on data insights.
• Strong project management skills to execute high-impact projects.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions to achieve unified business strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• 2-4 years of experience in management consultancy, tech companies, or fast-paced environments in strategy or project management.
• A passion for the F&B industry, with knowledge spanning from street food to premium dining, and familiarity with both Bangkok and upcountry markets.
• Proficiency in extracting key insights from raw data for team recommendations.
• Strong conceptual thinking to solve complex problems and turn questions into actionable plans.
• Energy, flexibility, and passion to excel in a fast-paced team environment, with the ability to work independently.
