About this position

We are looking for an Associate, Operation Excellence to work with internal and external partners to offer the best solution that suits our partners and our business then plan and ensure the operational processes go smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify the best solutions for Grab partners for platform growth
• Lead Grab partner solution projects ensuring and optimising daily operations with team members and external vendors
• Develop dashboards and conduct data analysis to identify important insight for Grab products
• Set up and identify resource required for Grab's new projects and transform into SOPs
• Improve operational processes for better partner experience and ensure compliance
• Run ad hoc projects to serve business direction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• 2 or more years of working experiences with experience in analytics skills to collect and interpret data to drive business strategies and decisions.
• You have experience in project management and evaluating problems from multiple perspectives and identifying potential solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency for communication and negotiation
• You have experience in Intermediate SQL skills (Presto) and spreadsheet skills. Power BI and Python are plus.
