About this position

The Associate, Merchant Experience - Special Project will support the Merchant Experience team in enhancing partner performance and optimizing resources to improve merchant operations on the Grab platform.

Responsibilities

• You will lead our Merchant operation projects to enhance merchant performance operations with both internal and external teams.
• Analyze merchant performance by querying data using SQL to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather essential data to enhance merchant operations and support Key Account Management (KAMs) communication, facilitated by the use of your partners to maintain Merchant.
• Establish centralized working standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the work process of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Assess merchant satisfaction scores and manage the merchant lifecycle to improve relationships and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis using SQL.
• You will have experience in merchant account operations.
• You will have knowledge of the food industry, supply chain or vendor management.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
