Associate, demand planning - Transport & Express
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyse short to medium term issues improving demand growth in the business. This includes customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans and experimentation.
• Scope advanced statistical analyses and predictive modelling in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Forecast spend on promos, incentives and other key initiatives for ongoing planning cycles.
• Build presentation to influence senior partners and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Design efficient promo structures and other projects to increase demand growth in the Payments business and work with cross-functional teams to accomplish.
• Manage budget allocation and track cost from initiate in collaboration with Finance.
Requirements
• A minimum 1+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting or technology firms.
• Strong in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel (Essential)/Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to different audiences, and translating these to relevant business insights.
• Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details.
