About this position

The Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for leading marketing strategy and planning for Grab services, focusing on Mobility, and creating go-to-market plans to achieve acquisition targets while retaining and growing existing users.

Responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy and the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept brainstorming, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and improve in between campaign activities.
• Manage reporting across marketing campaigns, using data to improve campaigns through a test and learn approach.
• Achieve business growth across local target segments nationwide through acquisition and retention programs by working with the demand planning and operation team.
• Work with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events for Grab.
• Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to lead insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience with experience in FMCG/ agency in the strategic planner/ consulting background/ brand marketing or marketing communications.
• You will have experience developing strategies based on Grab's goals and market needs, anticipate change or unexpected situations.
