Assistant Marketing Manager, Mobility
About this position
The Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for leading marketing strategy and planning for Grab services in Mobility, focusing on consumer acquisition and retention to maintain market share.
Responsibilities
• You will define the marketing strategy and the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept brainstorming, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning.
• React fast to mid-campaign performance and improve in between campaign activities.
• Manage reporting across marketing campaigns, using data to improve campaigns through a test and learn approach.
• Achieve business growth across local target segments nationwide through acquisition and retention programs by working with the demand planning and operation team.
• Work with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events for Grab.
• Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to lead insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into campaigns.
Requirements
• Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience with experience in FMCG/ agency in the strategic planner/ consulting background/ brand marketing or marketing communications.
• You will have experience developing strategies based on Grab's goals and market needs, anticipate challenges and create solutions to ensure the success of campaigns.
• Experience managing People and prioritising resources to meet targets.
