About this position

The Assistant Marketing Manager - Merchant will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing initiatives for local lifestyle restaurant partners on GrabFood, ensuring actions resonate with end consumers while collaborating with key accounts and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Own sub-brands under GrabFood to unlock merchants potentials and achieve their growth through marketing initiatives
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans: Address business challenges, capture user insights, and unlock user demand with tailored-made proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the Strategy and Key Account team to identify opportunity, develop tailored solutions and own the marketing executions
• Embrace data-driven decision-making: Utilize data analysis tools to prepare insightful reports, evaluate campaign performance, and measure success.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: Support the marketing team in developing to executing campaign plans, ensuring a smooth implementation and maximum impact.
• Manage budget: ensure efficiency of the given spending

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing field (either in consumer/brand marketing, B2B, campaign management, partnership marketing or marketing communications) with exposure to online and offline media. Experience in business development is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, and stakeholder management
• Be able to initiate, translate into creative ideas for campaign execution
• Passion for food
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment
