About this position

The Assistant Marketing Manager for GrabFood will develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabFood campaigns and special projects, overseeing projects from start to finish and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market to identify opportunities.
• Understand target market insights, behaviors, pain points, and trends.
• Know the brand, product, and service thoroughly.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to campaign creation and communication (including branding, performance-driven, and promotional campaigns).
• Estimate business impact and required investment.
• Produce weekly reports with detailed business metrics.
• Present strategies, campaigns, and ideas.
• Manage project stakeholders (digital marketing, social media, partnerships, operations, creatives, purchasing, legal, and external vendors) to deliver impact.
• Respond quickly to changes such as competitor actions, market movements, and internal direction changes, with immediate response plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, specifically in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Media Agency.
• Experience in planning and implementing both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing channels.
• Expertise in project management and organizational tasks.
• Proficient in analyzing data and creating logical strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
